I believe each person wants to be the best version of themselves, whether they are working individually or as part of a team, and are therefore open to change regardless of their age or position. I am a committed believer in experiential learning, having observed that experiential education, reflection and discussion are the best ways to support the recognition of the need to improve. I love working with teams and using a solution-focused approach to get my participants enthusiastic and motivated. Professional principles
As a psychologist, I strongly believe in the potential for growth in groups, individuals, and organisations. In my experience, real change happens when we focus on small, positive habits rather than on big changes. By consciously accepting ourselves as we are, we can achieve real growth. I enjoy supporting this journey of development.

Professional principles
In order to develop our innate abilities, we need new experiences and new perspectives that raise awareness, motivate and lead us to necessary insights. In order to achieve these goals, we should take a step back and learn more about different perspectives, using authentic organisational examples. Doing this, we are able to not only discover more innovative and effective solutions, but also understand the reasons more clearly. Practical and dynamic training are excellent opportunities to implement these solutions.

Professional principles
Agility – the agile way of working – is an adult thing. What I mean by that is that when it is understood deeply and practised well, agility fosters the adult ego state. In turn, this means that in agile we work in partnership with all our colleagues. With ALL of them. There is no more command and control, when people obediently do what they are told to do (even if they know it’s not the best thing to do). Instead, they are involved in making decisions, they work with high levels of autonomy, they take responsibility, they care … and so much more. And this feels so good!
This is just one reason why I love coaching individuals, teams, and organisations towards such heights of agility.
