Introduction and goal setting
An initial meeting is held to set clear goals and establish mutual expectations. Importantly, mentors and mentees will align their individual objectives with the broader sales goals of the company.
Ongoing support and feedback
To ensure continuous growth and development, mentors will maintain regular check-ins with you. These interactions will serve as opportunities for addressing questions, providing guidance and offering personalised evaluations with constructive feedback tailored to your individual progress.
Sales mastery meetings
We conduct 1.5-hour meetings regularly, either in person or online, emphasising crucial sales principles, tools, techniques, and methods. The sessions incorporate practical exercises, homework assignments, and discussions on real-life sales challenges.
Development plan
You will create a personalised development plan based on your unique goals and achievements within the programme. This plan will outline specific milestones, additional training needs, and actionable steps to further enhance your sales competencies.
Shadow-mentoring sessions
The programme offers 4-6 hour shadow-mentoring sessions, with mentors actively participating in client meetings for in-depth analysis, feedback, and identifying growth areas in sales processes.
Programme evaluation
The programme’s effectiveness will be assessed periodically through evaluations measuring its impact on sales performance. Any necessary adjustments and improvements will be made based on the feedback received and the results achieved.
